Who We Are

Wyandotte Christian Academy was founded in 2022 , by Pastor Danny L. Slater, and is the result of much prayer and hard work by the people of Rouge Free Will Baptist Church. The school is a Ministry of Rouge Free Will Baptist Church and as such, follows like-minded principles. However,  it is run by it's own separate School Board.

It is the intent of Wyandotte Christian Academy to provide, at the lowest cost, quality Christian education to all children whose parents wish the Christian training of the home and church to be completed in the school.

The school provides an opportunity for young Christian people to establish sound habits and attitudes spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Wyandotte Christian Academy does not intend to assume the responsibility of the home in building young lives. The training of the child is the cooperative responsibility of home, church, and school.

The mission of Wyandotte Christian Academy is to provide a Bible-based, character-building education that empowers parents and churches.

At Wyandotte Christian Academy, our vision is to cultivate a generation of Christ-centered leaders who passionately love God, faithfully live according to His Word, and positively influence their families, churches, communities, and the world for Jesus Christ.

The goal of Wyandotte Christian Academy is to partner with Christian families in providing a Christ-centered education that equips students spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally to fulfill God's purpose for their lives.

• Promoting academic excellence through the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum while encouraging students to achieve their highest potential.

• Encouraging students to discover and faithfully use their God-given talents and abilities for God's glory.
• Preparing students to think critically, make biblically sound decisions, and confidently engage the world with a Christian worldview.
• Partnering with parents, the church, and the community to nurture the whole child in an environment of love, accountability, and encouragement.
• Inspiring students to become lifelong learners, faithful disciples of Christ, and positive influences in their homes, churches, communities, and future careers.
